Standard UK Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times after dispatch are typically 2-5 working days depending on your location. For most UK mainland addresses this is our everyday delivery option.
Express / Next-Day Delivery
Need your order sooner? Choose our express delivery. If you place your order before the cut-off time (e.g., 1pm or 2pm, depending on the product and delivery service) we dispatch the same day, and aim to deliver the next working day.
Free Delivery Threshold
We offer free standard delivery on UK mainland orders over a certain amount (e.g. £[Your Threshold]). For orders below that, a standard delivery charge applies.
Remote Areas & Highlands, Islands
Some postcodes (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, etc.) may take longer or have higher delivery charges. If you are in a remote area, the checkout will display the correct cost and estimated delivery time for your address.
Tracking & Signature
