We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Certain items, including personal care and hygiene products, are non-returnable once opened

Return Method:

Return Costs & Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • A return processing fee equal to 25% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount

  • This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
