Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Certain items, including personal care and hygiene products, are non-returnable once opened

Return Method:

Return Costs & Fees:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
A return processing fee equal to 25% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount
This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
